We develop 'small church' communities that are equipped to reach their neighbors with the love of Christ. We start new small groups and help the groups grow in their ministry skills as well develop a vision for being a neighborhood small church that has global impact through multiplication. 

We also believe that a key to fulfilling the Great Commission is developing a new generation of church leadership. I believe that long term, the ‘church’ is led by a network of leaders who combine their professional and spiritual gifts and talents in ‘pastoral’ leadership.
