My name is Rustam and my wife's name is Asel. We live in Kyrgyzstan where Islam is the main religion, We came to Jesus in 2000 and were married in a church in 2005. Since then we have been serving full-time in the church. Pastor in a local church. we have 4 sons and 1 daughter.

Vision

We see a day when every church in Kyrgyzstan will have full-time family counseling staff.

Our goal; is to create a group of volunteers in every church in Kyrgyzstan. To train them to grow as couples counseling specialists in churches on the Bible. Who would be responsible in their churches for training and counseling couples as a full-time ministry and bringing unbelievers to their weekly meetings and Events.

Now, we have consultation with 10 churches, doing weekly meeting with family ministries.  We hold quarterly meetings, and I visit each pastor and support them in prayer and financially as much as possible. My wife, Asel, is studying psychology at KNU and helps lead women's ministries in the church.

Right now, my main ministry is supporting churches in establishing the Biblical Family Institute. This involves training family counselors in each church so that there is a counselor working with families. For example, if we need good worship in the church, we need someone responsible for that; if we want to have a children's ministry, we need to find someone responsible for that. Also, if we want to prevent divorce in the church, we need responsible and trained people in that church. 

Our Project to next summer is:

The salvation house for Families that we wanted to rent, the owner decided to sell, so it is not God's will and God has prepared something special. We will continue to pray for a building for the ministry or just a new project, the idea we have now is that when a person is having a hard time, they need at least 4-5 days away from the hustle and bustle, and two people need even more time and space for fellowship. A location without a phone can be arranged only in the mountains, and we can live in Yurts.

Yurts is a house made of felt, a national treasure of Kyrgyz people, which has been used for thousands of years and is still in use today, it is prefabricated and collapsible. It can be used all year round, but it is heavier in winter. For the families we wanted to invite for counseling, it would be an ideal option in nature to spend time together. Especially those who are on the verge of divorce and at the beginning of a broken relationship. First of all pastors and ministers, and of course we will offer all churches to send those who need support and healing.

We are asking you to pray for and purchase one of these Yurts for the family ministry. The yurt will be personalized and we would like to make a plaque with wishes from your family. (from your church). And we encourage you to actively participate in the ministry and pray for the families that will be coming. And at any time, you can come and stay in the mountains of Kyrgyzstan. We will try to find the most beautiful locations.

For the Retreat Family Project, we need 12 yurts and land rent, at least we will start dreaming like that, and after all, to God all things are possible. Land rent is very cheap between 200 dollars for summer and one Yurt from 2500 to 3500 dollars. I am already looking for a location and praying. If God gives, we will start the project even with one Yurt. I will try to find the best options this summer.

We are ready to welcome your teams on missionary trips to the villages of Kyrgyzstan. And your team can stay in yurts.

We need transportation costs, utilities, student fees, contracts, school tuition, and living expenses.  Also please pray for family house. we live in Bishkek, because there are has 80 more churches, and have to rent rooms to consultations, that is expensive every year.
