My name is Rustam and my wife's name is Asel. We live in Kyrgyzstan where Islam is the main religion, We came to Jesus in 2000 and were married in a church in 2005. Since then we have been serving full-time in the church. Pastor in a local church. we have 4 sons and 1 daughter.

God gave us a vision.
Vision
We see a day when every church in Kyrgyzstan will have full-time family counseling staff.
Our goal; is to create a group of volunteers in every church in Kyrgyzstan. To train them to grow as couples counseling specialists in churches on the Bible. Who would be responsible in their churches for training and counseling couples as a full-time ministry and bringing unbelievers to their weekly meetings and Events.
Now, we have consultation with 10 churches, doing weekly meeting with family ministries. We hold quarterly meetings, and I visit each pastor and support them in prayer and financially as much as possible. My wife, Asel, is studying psychology at KNU and helps lead women's ministries in the church.
Right now, my main ministry is supporting churches in establishing the Biblical Family Institute. This involves training family counselors in each church so that there is a counselor working with families. For example, if we need good worship in the church, we need someone responsible for that; if we want to have a children's ministry, we need to find someone responsible for that. Also, if we want to prevent divorce in the church, we need responsible and trained people in that church.
Our Project to next summer is:
The salvation house for Families that we wanted to rent, the owner decided to sell, so it is not God's will and God has prepared something special. We will continue to pray for a building for the ministry or just a new project, the idea we have now is that when a person is having a hard time, they need at least 4-5 days away from the hustle and bustle, and two people need even more time and space for fellowship. A location without a phone can be arranged only in the mountains, and we can live in Yurts.

Behind every divorce are broken relationships, wounded hearts, and children who suffer.
Many couples want to save their marriage —
but they do not know where to find help.
Conflicts, misunderstandings, and the pressures of everyday life slowly distance spouses from each other.
But many marriages can be restored if couples receive support, guidance, and time to reconnect.
Our Vision
We want to create a safe and peaceful place where couples can step away from daily pressures and focus on their relationship.
In the beautiful mountains near Issyk-Kul, families can experience:
• rest in nature
• meaningful conversations
• spiritual renewal
• professional family counseling
• encouragement from other couples
These retreats give couples a chance to rediscover love, rebuild trust, and restore their families.
A Unique Experience
The retreats will take place in traditional Kyrgyz yurts.
In Kyrgyz culture, the yurt symbolizes family, warmth, and unity.
Just as the kerege of the yurt holds the structure together, a strong marriage holds a family together.
When families become stronger, communities and the whole society become stronger as well.
