Bogdan and Eugenia Zubtsov are the founders of the Well Done Commission ministry in Kyiv, Ukraine. 

This ministry aims to help develop Ukrainian churches, teach practical evangelism and discipleship, and help develop missionary work and an active position of the church in society. A special place is occupied by the development of Christian education, through the American licensed program A. C. E. School of Tomorrow children will be able to study the Word of God in English every day, form a biblical worldview and the character attributes of Jesus Christ.

WELL DONE COMMISSION

Search for finance for Well Done Commission (W.D.C.):

Now, in February 2025, we are starting to raise funds to purchase a building for active ministry, which is located on the main street of the southern suburbs of Kyiv. This location is characterized by the fastest pace of development, with the construction of multi-storey buildings actively continuing. Today, about 40,000 people live around this building, mostly young families with children.

Since the building is located in the central part of the district, there are supermarkets, restaurants, and medical facilities around. Many people drive or walk by the building every day.

The property has:

- own land plot of almost 1 acre (0.86)

- own transformer for 300 kW

- sewerage system 

- water supply

- building area of 38000 square ft.

The building features:

- a large concrete basement that will serve as a full-fledged shelter for children during every missile threat, and has various rooms and a large hall that can serve as a sports field. 

- the 1st floor is a separate hall for the church for 500 people, with access to balconies, as well as a large hall for gatherings, cafe and event organization.

- the 2nd and 3rd floors have 15 classrooms for the school and 2 conference rooms. 

- the flat roof will be used for solar panels, which will help in case of power outages. Another part of the roof has an exit from the building and will be used for an open-air terrace.

How you can help:

- support the ministry financially. We are raising funds to buy a very high-quality building at the best possible price as soon as possible. Currently, the country is in crisis and it is a good time to buy a building for church and Christian education, as the price of the building is almost 2 times lower than the pre-war value.
