The Well Done Commission exists to fulfill the Great Commission of Jesus Christ by training and forming leaders, creating new teams for ministry, developing a Christian educational space to evangelize parents and children through education, seminars, and practical implementation of faith in everyday life. It was founded and operates in Kyiv region, Ukraine.

We dream of the day when we will hear from the Lord Himself:

"Well done, good servant! Because you were faithful in the little things, you will have authority over ten cities" (Luke 19:17).

We are Bogdan and Eugenia Zubtsov, full-time missionaries in Ukraine for the past 17 years.

Our journey with the Lord began when we were students, when we committed our lives to Jesus Christ and decided to serve Him until the end of our days.

We serve at a local Baptist church, the House of Peace, located in the suburbs of Kyiv.

Well Done Commission is actively developing several key areas of ministry:

- Well Done Christian Education

In the process of launching elementary school and 5th grade. The start of active work is planned for August 2025. It is a space where children can grow in knowledge and faith, learning in a safe and biblically based environment.  Evangelism to parents and children, involvement in the local church.

Our vision:
WELL DONE Christian Education is an organization that will raise up a new generation of Ukrainian leaders who will love God and serve people through Christian education and biblical principles.

Our Mission:
to impact families through alternative learning, biblical worldview, and practical service, to build the hearts, minds, and bodies of our children to form new leaders to serve God and others in the southern suburbs of Kyiv and Ukraine.

Our values:
Love - love for God as their Creator and love for man as God's creation.
Respect - recognizing and accepting the value of a person.
Empathy - is the ability to understand the feelings of others and to show appropriate feelings oneself.
Hope - faith that is firmly rooted and does not depend on circumstances.

Why we are starting a Christian school:
- God is calling us to stay in Ukraine and continue evangelizing and discipling people in Kyiv (especially children and their parents).
- To influence Ukraine through Christian education.
- We see a great need for a strong Christian school in the southern suburbs of Kyiv.

Our beliefs:
⁃ Christian school is a great ministry and not a commercial project, we strive to make education affordable to enable children of Ukraine to receive quality education and biblical values.
⁃ A Christian school staffed by Christian teachers who love God and children, who will teach about Jesus, not just about good character traits.
- A Christian school is a place where there is a Bible lesson every day and children learn the Bible.

The Lord has blessed us with a good building for the educational space, which has classrooms, a large parking lot, and areas for sports and recreation.

We have needs:
- renovation of classrooms: building materials, lighting - $25000
- chairs and desks for children - $8000
- equipment for classrooms - $5000
- large generator - $8000
- playground - $8000
- monthly scholarship for students - $2000

- Training of new leaders

We are forming a new generation of Christian leaders through practical involvement in ministry, personal discipleship, and the founding of a local church-based teen movement.
Our dream is to start a new Bible-based local church in the neighborhood of our WELL DONE Christian school.

- Seminars and Bible Studies

We provide in-depth and easy-to-understand Scripture studies, biblical soul care, and mentoring for both those who are new to the Gospel and mature believers who are seeking to know God's Word more deeply.
